Dr. Kolkhir leads research on mast cell-driven inflammatory skin conditions, including chronic urticaria and angioedema. He is a head of the chronic spontaneous program at the Institute of Allergology, Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, and a scientific coordinator of the Chronic Urticaria Registry (CURE) and the Urticaria Centers of Reference and Excellence (UCARE) network. He authored more than 100 publications in peer-reviewed journals and several book chapters. His clinical and scientific expertise bridges patient care and innovative research, contributing to a deeper understanding of allergic and immunologic skin diseases.
